| Jason's unit had been at the front of the attack from day one of the Iraq War. As Sadaam's statue was being pulled down in Baghdad a TV reporter let Jason use his sattelite phone to call home to share his joy with his family -- alas no one was there at that time and so he left a message full of optimism that the war would soon be over and they'd be coming home soon. He was the epitome of a US Marine. Clean cut, upstanding, confident, kind, happy and honest. He had true integrity and was loved by all. He has always been a source of pride to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed. | |||||

| Vincent is in the Navy Reserves on active duty. He spends one month at Andrews A. F. Base and one month in Africa each and every month until 2005. He is newly married and just became a father, so it is not only very hard for him to be away, but even harder on his new family. | |||||
